We strive to see lives transformed and in turn, transform the lives of those around them. We don’t want to just be a group that gathers for an hour to workout but to be a consistent presence in the life and activities of the Lake Highlands community.
We seek to serve the physical needs of Lake Highlands, caring for those who are both inside our facility, and those outside the gym walls. In doing so, we are relentless in pursuing these things “‘til the end,” whether that’s finishing a grueling workout, or seeing the impact we might have in the community at large.

Everyone matters. Regardless of background, experience, athleticism, etc… everyone is on their own journey and in need of some guidance. When we come together, we are humble in recognizing that the people around us are our allies.
We are deliberate in our approach to fitness, knowing that we are fostering a community that serves a larger purpose than just our own fitness potential. And finally, we are relentless, recognizing that the habits and virtues we cultivate within the gym have an impact on all the other areas of our lives.

Our CrossFit program optimizes our athletes’ work capacity and strength through constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity.
