Power Hour

The perfect class for those who desire more of a fitness regimen that provides functional fitness with the blend of aesthetics without the complex gymnastic and barbell moves. This tract is ideal for those looking to lose body fat, maintain lean muscle-mass, and improve their quality of life, all while looking better! 

Personal Training

For those who are looking for more personalized and one-on-one or small group training, our experienced coaches will work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals. Your program will be tailored to you and your specific needs. Your coach will take you through a consultation, assessment, and outline with you what type of program might best suit you. Our hope is to find a way to meet you where you are at and guide you to where you want to go. We offer both single sessions and/or packages.
