100 Dbl DB Deadlifts

80 Dbl DB Push Presds

60 Burpess over the DBs

40 Dbl DB Devils Press

20 Dbl DB Thrusters

You and your partner must also complete 1600m of Running. The run can be partitioned.
Complete the reps in order – you may break at any time to complete some of the running meters.

Scale the run to a 2000m Row
