A. Lifting Complex (5 Rounds for weight)

Clean & Jerk +

Front Squat +

Hang Clean + Jerk +

Front Squat
Build to a heavy complex for the day; rest 2 minutes between sets

Clean may be power or squat; jerk may be push or split

B. Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds for time:

12 Deadlifts (275/205)

12 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
