For time, adding one rep per round:
1 wall walk or 10 Plank Shoulder Taps
2 single DB clusters
3 single DB devils press
4 sit-ups or v-ups
5 box jump overs
6 alt single db power clean
7 pull ups
8 push ups
9 kb goblet squat
10 seated DB press (5/side)
11 KBS
12 burpees box jump
TC: 40 minutes
Equipment: DB, Box, KB
Perform like the workout like the “12 Days of Christmas” song. In round 1 perform 1 wall walk. In round 2 perform 2 clusters and then one wall walk. In round 3 perform 3 SDB DP, then 2 clusters, then 1 wall walk. Continue adding a new exercise each round.
