25 Hang Power Cleans
-scale pull-ups to jumping pullups or ring rows

-scale OHS weight and then to back squats if required by injury not desire

-scale pushups to knee or box pushups

-scale weight on HPC for min 5 rep sets or scale to double db

-split work in any way

-one partner works at a time
