Labor Day Schedule:

The Gym will be open for a 9AM Community Class on Monday, 4 September. Friends and Family are welcome!

All other classes are cancelled.

100 Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)

Divide the work between partners, run is done together
Not a chipper so it can be partitioned, eg. 400m runs
