A. Clean Complex (5 Rounds for weight)

In 17 minutes complete:

5 Sets:

2 Cleans + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk

-Rest 2 minutes after each set
-Cleans may be any style, power or squat

B. Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

AMRAP 3 x 3 Sets

9 Thrusters (135/95)

9 Bar Facing Burpees

Rest 1:30 between rounds
-Restart AMRAP at the top

-Try to do better each round
