A. Back Squat (AMRAP – Rounds)

3 Back Squats at 75%
-complete as many sets as possible of 3 Back Squats

-score is number of completed sets in 8 minutes

-bar must be re-racked between sets

B. Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

E2MOM x 22 minutes for completed rounds:

5 Power Snatches (95/65)

5 Toes to Bar

5 Front Squats

5 Bar Facing Burpees

RX+: 135/95
-if you fail to complete a rounds in the window, finish the round and rest the remainder
