Thursday: 9 am Wobble Before the Gobble

Friday: 9 am & Noon Black Friday Classes

-you may drop the bar between the HPS and the power snatch

B.: CrossFit Games Open 17.5 (Time)

10 rounds for time of:

9 thrusters 95# / 65#

35 double-unders

*40 minute time cap
-thrusters should be unbroken in at least first 5 rounds

-loading may look light but many athletes will need to scale to maintain intensity

-scale double unders to 35 single unders

-coaches should cap work at 21 minutes
