For time, adding one rep per round:

1 wall walk

2 clusters (135/95)

3 single DB devils press (50/35)

4 toes 2 bar

5 box jump overs (24/20)

6 power cleans (135/95)

7 pull ups

8 push ups

9 kb goblet squat (53/35)

10 Handstand Push-up

11 KBS (53/35)

12 burpees box jumps

TC: 40 minutes

-equipment: Barbell, DB, Box, KB
-Perform like the workout like the “12 Days of Christmas” song. In round 1 perform 1 wall walk. In round 2 perform 2 clusters and then one wall walk. In round 3 perform 3 SDB DP, then 2 clusters, then 1 wall walk. Continue adding a new exercise each round.
