Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
Max-reps strict pull-ups
Post the number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.
-if you cannot complete 7-10 strict pullups at the start this workout should be scaled.
-only bands across the J-hooks are allowed for scaling; no bands looped over the crossbar
