In any order, accumulate the following with a partner*:

Cardio Tasks:

· 1 mile run

· 2000/1600m row

· 100/80 calories bike

AMRAP:

· 4 HSPU

· 6 jumping pull ups

· 8 OH reverse lunges (25/15#)

· 12 russian twists (L+R=1) (25/15#)

*E4MOM: 7 synchro high five burpees
– TC: 36 minutes

-partners switch between the cardio tasks and AMRAP as desired

-must finish one cardio task (A, B, C) before moving on to the next

-able to modify to complete solo if you’d prefer not to have a partner!
