40 box jumps
40 abmat sit ups
30 chest to bar pull ups
30 wall balls
20 power cleans (135/95)
20 jerks (135/95)
10 power snatches (135/95)
10 burpee pull-ups

100m run
7 air squats
*may scale run to 18/15 cal bike or 350m row
