*On April 11, 2024, Jessica and Brad Dickens lost their youngest son, William, to Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC). The gym has been a big part of their family’s life, and William spent many mornings here with his mom. This workout was created in his memory and reflects the simple joy of carrying, holding, and moving together.

26 MB Lunges (William was 26 pounds)

18 Wall balls (William was 18 months old when he died)

10 Hand Release Pushups (I last held him at 10PM on April 10)

2 Partner Deadlifts (315/205) (he should be 2 years old today)

1010m MB Burden Run (Switch every 200m) (His birthday is October 10)
